I've been helping people buy and sell real estate since 2002 and I love my job! Most of my clients are now friends and repeat customers. 

I'm a native of West Virginia and graduate of Marshall University. I've lived in and visited many places throughout much of the continental U.S. as well living in Alaska and Germany.  My employment history has included work as a paralegal, substitute teacher, and assistant to one of the top-ranking independent investment advisors in the country. I have also owned and managed my own rental properties and “flipped” homes for fun…and profit! 

Previous Chair of the Fayetteville Association of REALTORS® Education Committee and a member of the Legislative and Public Relations committees. Served 5 years on the Board of Associates for a nonprofit foster care organization, Kidspeace. 

As your Realtor, the sale or purchase of your home is as important to me as it is to you. My most important job is to learn about you to understand your needs and concerns for your move. My job is to provide you with all the information, guidance, advice and resources you need to make good decisions. My job is also to ensure that you receive the best possible price, terms and conditions, while avoiding the landmines and pitfalls the process can unexpectedly present.  

My job is NOT to tell you what you want to hear if it is not a reality. All decisions are yours to make and I will always respect those decisions.  I will always promote your best interest, and disclose all facts that might affect or influence your decisions. Sometimes you may disagree with my opinion, but you will never be left wondering about any hidden agenda.  I know that in the long run, being straightforward is best for my clients and for my business.  

When it comes to representing a seller, my mission is to SELL YOUR HOME, not just "list" it. I will not enter into a client relationship where I feel that what is expected of me cannot be done in good faith.  Preparing and pricing a property competitively is crucial strategy in any market.
